Emerging from the rugged depths of Cornwall, UK, post-hardcore screamo outfit Falling Empires unleashed their killer new single, Keelhaul, on February 28, 2025. (Yeah, we’re a bit late to the party—but better late than never!)
Despite only debuting last year with Thank God, Falling Empires have already carved out a striking sound—blending the eerie, atmospheric depth of Deftones with the raw, powerhouse vocals of Architects. It’s as if those two bands had a love child and named it Falling Empires, forging a colossal, spine-chilling sonic experience.
Keelhaul is a testament to their versatility, seamlessly shifting from haunting melodies to gut-wrenching screams, backed by dramatic, bone-shaking instrumentals. It’s not just a song you hear—it’s one you feel.
