Novacaine LTD, otherwise known as Novacaine Promotions, is a music promotion company dedicated to supporting, promoting, and showcasing rising artists worldwide.
Founded in 2019 by Scott O’Shea under the original name Rock Lifestyle UK, the platform was built with a clear and enduring mission: to champion emerging talent. What began as an online music magazine has since expanded into live events, creating meaningful opportunities for artists to be heard both online and on stage.
Novacaine LTD is not focused on chasing mass profits. Instead, its goal is to help reignite the live music industry by working with independent, driven artists who are committed to their craft. By pairing rising talent with established industry acts, Novacaine LTD helps artists take the next step in their journey, while delivering unforgettable live experiences for music fans.
Novacaine Festival debuted on Saturday, 4 October 2025, with a clear purpose: to showcase rising artists, give them genuine creative freedom, and provide meaningful opportunities to connect with both industry professionals and their fans.
At its heart, Novacaine Festival is about community. We strive to foster a creative and inclusive environment by featuring community curated line ups and giving audiences the chance to help shape future festival features.
Like Novacaine Promotions, the festival is not driven by profit. Its focus is on building a unique, supportive, and inclusive community, creating a safe and creatively free space and laying the foundations for a sustainable and inspiring future for all Novacaine events.
Novacaine Festival returns on Saturday, 28 November 2026, in celebration of Corporation, Sheffield’s 25th Anniversary. Looking ahead to 2027, the festival plans to launch a community platform that will allow fans and artists alike to help shape the year’s line up.
