By accessing or using Novacaine "The Crew" platforms and features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it to Novacaine "The Crew" you grant Novacaine a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the platform.

A.) To access certain features of the platform, you will be required to register an account.

B.) You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

Your use of your Novacaine "The Crew" is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

A.) Novacaine retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Novacaine and "The Crew" and its intellectual property.

B.) You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on Novacaine without our prior written consent.

In no event shall Novacaine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
