1. Tickets & Refunds

  • All tickets are sold through authorised platforms:

  • Purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticketing platform.

  • Refunds, cancellations, and transfers are handled according to the platform’s policies.

2. Entry & Age Restrictions

  • Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

  • Age restrictions apply: 14+ (Accompanied by a legal adult over the age of 18)

  • Valid ID will be required upon entry.

3. Conduct & Safety

  • Attendees must comply with all event rules and safety instructions.

  • Unacceptable behaviour (violence, drugs, harassment) may result in ejection without refund.

  • Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.

4. Event Changes

  • Lineup, schedule, or set times may change.

  • Headline act or venue changes will be communicated to ticket holders.

  • The festival operates rain or shine; our events are located indoors.

5. Liability

  • The festival is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft unless caused by negligence of the organisers.

  • Attendees enter at their own risk and must follow safety instructions at all times.

6. Photography & Media

  • By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes.

  • Personal use photography is allowed unless otherwise restricted on-site.

  • No professional photography equipment is permitted unless authorised.

  • Personal data collected during ticket purchase is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
