KIM DRACULA RETURNS WITH MOLECULAR CONVERSION

Australian genre bending artist, Kim Dracula, released their brand new single ‘Molecular Conversion’ on Wednesday 22nd July 2026 via Rise Records.

Kim Dracula crashed into the music scene three years ago with the release of their debut album, A Gradual Decline in Morale, on 14th July 2023. The record received widespread critical acclaim and quickly cemented them as one of heavy music's most exciting new artists. Its success even earned them a coveted opening slot on Avenged Sevenfold's Life Is But a Dream... Tour in 2023.

A Gradual Decline in Morale was a fearless statement of intent, introducing the world to Kim Dracula's genre-defying sound and uncompromising artistic vision. Never afraid to confront difficult themes head-on, the album blended metal, jazz, trap, theatricality and chaos into something entirely their own. The record also featured a standout collaboration with KoRn frontman Jonathan Davis on "Seventy Thorns."

Fast forward to 22 July 2026, and Kim Dracula return with their brand-new single, "Molecular Conversion." This latest release signals the beginning of a new era, showcasing a more progressive and atmospheric side of the band. Drawing influence from the likes of Tool and Karnivool while remaining unmistakably Kim Dracula, the track balances intricate musicianship with their signature flair. From its unmistakable jazzy passages to the crushing breakdown that closes the song, "Molecular Conversion" proves that Kim Dracula are continuing to evolve without losing the elements that made them so unique in the first place.
