FOXHAUNT RELEASE NEW SINGLE 'THE DAYLIGHT BETWEEN US' FT REBEKAH KIRK OF SIXTH WONDER.

Foxhaunt unveiled their brand new single + music video 'The Daylight Between Us' on April 22nd, 2025 featuring Rebekah Kirk of Sixth Wonder.

Fresh from selling out The Key Club in Leeds for their biggest headline show yet, and having made the final of Kerrang Radio's annual "The Deal" competition, Yorkshire alt-rock quartet FOXHAUNT have some serious momentum behind them so far in 2025. The band are putting their foot to the floor at full power to continue this with their brand new single, The Daylight Between Us, released on April 22nd, 2025.

The Daylight Between Us features guest vocals from Rebekah Kirk of rapidly rising UK metal act Sixth Wonder, and the collaboration has resulted in FOXHAUNT's heaviest work to date. Already well established for their ability to meld earworm level melodies with chunky riffs, The Daylight Between Us takes FOXHAUNT's successful approach and cranks the heavy dial towards eleven.

FOXHAUNT had a very clear vision with the themes of their new single, as they explain below:

"The Daylight Between Us is inspired by the growing divide in society, driven by power and wealth. The lyrics highlight how those at the top make decisions that negatively impact ordinary people—decisions made without ever walking in their shoes. This divide is something we see in everyday life, and it’s especially apparent in the music industry, where art is increasingly viewed as disposable and undervalued. This song was born out of frustration, and we wanted to send a message through our own art form.

The Daylight Between Us is more aggressive and heavier than anything we've done before, showcasing a new side of FOXHAUNT. This is why we invited Rebekah (Sixth Wonder) to collaborate as a guest vocalist. Her vocal tone and screams add a powerful element to the track, elevating it to a whole new level."

Rebekah Kirk from Sixth Wonder also had this to say about joining forces with FOXHAUNT:

"This is a really cool song to be a part of, it’s pretty different to the style that my band play so it’s been fun working in a new section of the genre! Super grateful to the FOXHAUNT lads, and Robin Adams for getting me in to be part of this one."
