We’re excited to announce that the official Novacaine Festival 2026 line-up t-shirt is now available for pre-order.
Our official tee will feature a full-colour print, showcasing the brand new Novacaine Festival mascot design on the front, with the full line-up printed on the back.
By pre-ordering, you’ll not only guarantee your t-shirt in your preferred size for collection at the festival, but you’ll also help us reduce waste and support our commitment to keeping the event as eco-friendly as possible.
Once your order is placed, your t-shirt will be produced and made ready for collection on-site at the festival.
All items are made to order. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a cancellation, provided production has not yet begun.
Once production of your t-shirt has started, cancellations and refunds may no longer be possible, as the item is being made specifically for your order.
If the full design is released after your purchase and you are unhappy with it, you will have an additional 14 days from the design release date to contact us regarding your order (provided production has not yet started).
We are unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend the event once your order has been produced.
A limited number of additional t-shirts will be available on the day, subject to availability, to help minimise waste. If you have pre-ordered the incorrect size, exchanges may be possible on the day depending on availability. Refunds will only be offered if the item is faulty.
All customers who pre-order will receive an email closer to the event with their allocated collection time slot.
If you are unable to attend, you will have 48 hours after the event to contact us with your order number to request postage (a delivery fee may apply). After this period, we may not be able to guarantee availability.
