Novacaine Festival 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern attendance at and participation in the Novacaine Festival (the "Festival"). By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or otherwise participating, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
1. Tickets & Entry
1.1. Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and venue specified. Counterfeit or altered tickets will not be honoured.
1.2. Non-Transferable: Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred except through authorized resale platforms.
1.3. ID Check: Entry may require valid government-issued photo identification matching the ticket holder’s details.
1.4. Re-entry: Re-entry is not permitted unless otherwise stated.
2. Age Restrictions
2.1. The Festival is 18+. Any attendee below the minimum age will be denied entry without refund.
2.2. Alcohol sales require valid ID and compliance with local laws.
3. Venue Rules
3.1. Prohibited Items: Outside food or drinks, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, and any items deemed unsafe are strictly prohibited.
3.2. Security Screening: All attendees and belongings are subject to search upon entry. Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.
3.3. Health & Safety: Strobe lighting, loud sound, and smoke effects may be used. Individuals with health sensitivities attend at their own risk.
3.4. Smoking/Vaping: Permitted only in designated areas in compliance with venue regulations.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Offenders may be removed without refund.
4.2. Attendees must comply with staff instructions, venue rules, and local laws at all times.
4.3. Respect for fellow attendees, staff, and performers is required.
5. Cancellations & Changes
5.1. Line-up Changes: Artists and performance times are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to line-up changes.
5.2. Event Cancellation: If the Festival is cancelled in its entirety, ticket holders may be offered refunds or exchanges in accordance with applicable law.
5.3. Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, government orders).
6. Liability
6.1. Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except as required by law.
6.2. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.
6.3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for violation of these Terms.
7. Media & Recordings
7.1. Photography & Filming: Professional photography, video, and audio recording equipment are not permitted without prior authorization.
7.2. Consent to Recording: By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and grant the organizer the right to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Refund Policy
8.1. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
8.2. Tickets obtained through unauthorized sellers may be invalid and not eligible for refunds.
9. Privacy
9.1. Personal data collected during ticket purchase or attendance will be processed in accordance with the organizer’s Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By attending the Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
